This highly practical workshop guided pharmacy students and aspiring entrepreneurs through the legal and regulatory landscape of starting a pharmaceutical business in India. Topics included company registration under MCA, Schedule M licensing for drug manufacturing, FDA approval process, FSSAI registration for nutraceuticals, startup India registration, DPIIT recognition, and the ethical responsibilities of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs. A practising pharmaceutical lawyer provided real case examples throughout.
