About This Activity
On April 7th each year, SVCP celebrates World Health Day with a full day of health-focused activities. The theme for 2024, "My Health, My Right," was explored through expert lectures, free health screenings, a wellness fair, and a student-led awareness rally through the campus. The celebration underscores SVCP's mission to foster future healthcare professionals who are deeply committed to health equity and public wellness.
Objectives
- Create campus-wide awareness on current global and national health themes
- Provide free health screenings to students, staff, and community members
- Reinforce SVCP’s commitment to public health and health equity
