About This Activity

This immersive workshop introduced students to Stanford's 5-stage Design Thinking methodology: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Students worked in cross-functional teams to tackle real healthcare delivery challenges, developing empathy maps, persona cards, and physical low-fidelity prototypes. The session demonstrated how human-centred design can transform pharmacy practice and healthcare service delivery.
